What time can I check in?
You can check in from 13:00.

What is the check-out time?
Check out is at 11:00

If I arrive early in the morning or before the check-in time, where can I leave my luggage?
If you arrive before the check-in time you can leave your luggage in the reception floor.

Is it a problem if I arrive late at night?
Absolutely not! At the reception you will always find someone to welcome you 24 hours a day

My departure is scheduled for the evening, while the check-out time is at 11.00 in the morning. Is it possible to leave the luggage until the departure time?
Of course! After the check-out time, you can leave your luggage in the reception floor. The service is free.

I made a reservation and gave all the details of my credit card. Do you withdraw the entire amount in advance?
No! The credit card details are used only to guarantee the reservation. The cancellation terms are specified in the confirmation. And only if the cancellation deadline is not respected, the amount of the first night will be taken from the credit card. Prior to arrival at the hotel, a prior authorization will be required for the first night which will expire within a few weeks automatically. The customer is thus free to pay either by card or cash at check-out.

Does the room price include the tourist tax?
No. The tourist tax is not included and amounts to € 2.00 (two) per person per night. Children up to 10 years are free.

Does the hotel have a lift?
Yes. The hotel has a modern elevator that connects the floors to each other and the hotel's road entrance

Does the hotel have parking?
Unfortunately no, but there are 3 parking lots nearby where you can park your car.

Pets allowed?
The Central hotel staff loves animals and so small pets are welcome.
